If this thread exists then I apologize! I wanted to shed some light on some clothes that I thought rivaled KUIU, sitka, first lite that are great for anyone's budget. Full disclosure I have a bunch of Kuiu gear and even Origin gear, im just sharing some bargain goodies.

Jacket

EBAY UNIQLO LIGHT DOWN PUFFER JACKER ($30)

There are a TON of puffer jackets on Ebay for under $50. IF you dont mind some stains you can get them for even cheaper. I'm stoked about this uniqlo puffer, its coyote tan colored and super warm.

Shirt

AMAZON Men's Sun Protection Shirts UPF 50+ Long Sleeve Hoodie with 2 Pockets UV SPF Fishing Hiking Rash Guard Shirts ($20)

I've been wearing this for 3 seasons now, I got one in bright orange for general season but ive worn it plenty of times during archery. Surprisingly they haven't faded even a little bit, which makes me wonder if whatever they dyed it with is gonna give me some weird disease downstream.

Pants

Wrangler ® Men’s Outdoor All Terrain Pants (ATG) ($20-$30)

These rule, i've noticed that ones i got on ebay were really thing synthetic material, and a few pairs i got on ebay were super thick canvas material. I believe the canvas ones were the Jackson Utility version. Believe it or not the thick pants are BIFL quality, i think these pants will last.

I think this could be expanded on a huge deal. with more layers, socks etc. I will add to it if this list doesn't get deleted!

X2 for Costco, YMMV but the wrangler tech pant has been great so far. Recommend just seeing what they have and trying it out, can’t beat the return policy if it’s not what you want

This is much appreciated
Heck yea thats awesome. Since making this thread ive gotten more ATG wranglers.

Costco also has a type of "Tech pant" i think its called a Weatherproof Tech Pant which is super similar to the ATG wrangler and its $16.99. All of these are comparable to the Origin MOAB pants which i also own. I've taken them all out in the field and have done some extensive hiking in them. Quality and durability is point with all of them!

I’ve used the ATG pants and they work pretty good. Maybe a little tight and they pill up a little bit as they age. I still prefer convertibles just for ventilation and pack outs even during late 4th rifle seasons.

can someone post a link to the thread mentioned on the "cheap stuff that works"?
