Just got my custom order from Black Ovis. They didnt come with the deep six semi outsert's that allow you to shoot stander dia. Broadheads.

What are my options for the 4mm shafts?

Yeah they are the deep six inserts.
I've been looking at the ironwills but man they are pricey.

You can always use a Firenock Outsert over the end of a 4mm shaft and shoot regular thread broadheads. The D-6 insert is a great reinforcement for the shaft in stock position and does not interfere with the outsert at all. You end up with 34 gr of outsert and 20 gr of Easton insert if you go this way for a bit more FOC and better structural integrity at the shaft end. I've had excellent luck with this system and install the outsert with Bohning Hotmelt glue (don't overheat the shaft and rotate the outsert when the Hotmelt is soft until a field point spins perfectly, then cool in a vertical position. I'm not a fan of the thin shaft and thread diameter of the D-6 heads as they are about 1/2 as strong as regular threaded heads so don't use them. Twist your arrows as you pull them from a new tight covered bag target and they come out easier. Good luck!

I just got the S100 iron will broadheads for my 4mm FMJs, well I ordered the solids, but inside the case label S100 were the vented ones . I order the impact collars too. They fly niiiiccce. I don't know about the science and all that going on in other threads but they are grouping spot on with the field points. One note, the vented broadheads are shockingly noisey out of my setup. I've never heard an arrow travel as loudly.

I would sell them, cut your losses and buy 5mm shafts. The deep six system is a PITA, I just made the switch back after shooting them since the injections came out. Outserts bend super easy and put a ton of leverage on the shaft, IMO gold tip makes the best affordable half out and collar, that's what I put on my son's arrows instead of deep-six since I already had the arrows. Fire nock also makes an outsert but they have mixed reviews, IMO if you're not going deep six then it seems silly to use a 4mm shaft in the first place. IW makes a 100gr deep-six insert, combine that with there collar and head and it would be a very solid setup but it will cost you $50 every time you miss an animal and lose one.

There are good heads like, Solid, IW and G5 to name a few that make deep-six stuff but you are very limited on heads you can use, especially limited in the mechanical blade market. Most of the deep six stuff is more money and typically higher end heads are the ones you can get for the deep six. Another major downside is you almost always have to order your stuff online since no local shops carry a variety of deep-six stuff. Even the local shops that sell Easton normally only have one or two heads to chose from.

If your set on the deep-six stuff I would look into the IW impact collars and there heads to go with them. Solid also makes a great head, that is what I shot the last 5 years I shoot deep-six and they performed really well on deer and elk. I wouldn't buy the IW without the Impact collars for the 4mm because I'm pretty sure they are designed with a larger ferrule to be used with the collar, on a regular shaft they will be larger than the shaft. For a deep-six mechanical I would either go the Ti 1.5" Sevr or the Deep Six Dead Meat.

I think Im going to stick with them this year. Im due to deploy in october and will probably just being buying a whole new setup next year. (Currently shooting a 9 year old bow). Probably just sell the arrows as a package to whom ever buys the bow.
But for this year I am going to order the IW's with the impact collars.
