Without being fully broken in, 2662fps using the factory Hornady Precision Hunter ammo.

Built my 7PRC using an anTi action (pre price increase). If I was building one now, would strongly consider the Nanook, but don’t feel like you can go wrong with any of the custom action brands you listed. Pick which one you like/has the features you want and build from there.

Tikka action
Lumleys bolt shroud and titanium bolt handle
18" Proof barrel cut threaded chambered and mounted by Karl Kampfeld
Action and steel on barrel cerakoted Tungsten by Karl as well
TBAC brake
Stockys VG stock with inlet Spartan Gunsmith Adapter and picatinny adapter
UM rings
Nightforce NXS 2.5-10X42 MIL scope
In its current configuration, it weighs exactly 7lbs 8oz without the suppressor and ammo.

I'm waiting for a Rokstok I've ordered. Once I get that, I'll take some more photos.

Does that tungsten cerakote look more grey in real life? Because in the pic it looks black

I'm starting to gather components to get a custom rifle built to replace my factory Christensen 300PRC.

The options I've found (from lightest to heaviest):
Pierce Custom Titanium - 20.8oz
Lone Peak Razor Ti - 21.5oz
Defiance Anti - 22.2oz
Pierce Shadow - 22.4oz
Defiance Anti-X - 23.4oz
BAT Machine Vampire - 25oz
BAT Machine Vesper - 26oz
Kelbly Nanook - 26.5oz

Tikka factory action - 27.625oz
Tikka factory action w/ Ti bolt handle - 27.125oz
Skeletonized Tikka action w/ Ti bolt handle - 22.2oz

Any others I should consider?

Top considerations:
1. Weight - must be lighter than a Tikka Action
2. Fits XLR Element 4.0 MG Rem 700 LA Chassis
3. Consistent and reliable feeding and ejection

If anybody has specific feedback about these actions or other comparable ones, please feel free to post. I'm sure all are fantastic, so this is probably splitting hairs... but that's exactly the kind of accuracy I expect .

Terminus Kratos Lite. 2oz heavier than Tikka, bonus 60 degree bolt throw that none on your list (besides Tikka have). Other than that IMHO Bat Vesper, Kelby Nanook, Tikka. In that order.

Hawkins mags don't work unfortunately.

Hawkins makes SA mags "Hunter" mags for the XLR, can't find info on their site for LA chassis. Maybe try calling them?

I talked to them, XLR, and MDT. Nothing in the works yet but it's on all of their radars.
