Best deals/Places to buy vortex optics?

I don't know if this is the right place for this question but Like the title says I'm looking at putting a razor HD 5x20 scope on my custom 300 RUM i'm getting built. Any one have any places they have found to be better then others? Also any input on other scopes around that price mark you would suggest?
