That's fantastic. Love or hate their products, their CS is hard to beat.

I ordered a refurbished Vortex Rangefinder through A&A, but it never worked properly. Sent into Vortex, they couldn't fix it so sent me a brand new one, free of charge. Unfortunately, had issues with that one as well. They ended up being unable to fix that replacement, so they sent me another brand new rangefinder, but their next model up. So far, no issues. Bummer that I got a couple lemons, but I ended up with an even better model and never paid a dime.

None of the vortex binoculars, monoculars, and range finders I’ve owned and used ever had any issues with holding zero.

The rifle scopes I owned (viper hst and razor Gen 2) would definitely wander on medium/hard impacts but never had issues with tracking. Ended up offloading those in favor of scopes I know retain zero.

Spotted plenty of deer with my Vortex Diamondbacks before I upgraded...of course, who knows how many more I would've spotted with alpha glass, ha! They make a good pair of truck/boat/duck blind binos now. (Is it a d*** move to use them to see what tackle other guys are using while salmon fishing?)

My Vulture 15's are about to go back to vortex. Almost can't stand looking through them. I'm sure there are a few quirks I could point out in my warranty request. If I don't like the new pair might need to ship them down the road.

I think I've only had to use Vortex CS once. I've owned Razor 10x50s, Razor Gen I 5-20, Razor Gen 2 4.5-27, two Razor Gen 3 6-36s, both a Gen 1 and 2 PST, an LHT 4.5-22, and a couple of Razor LH's. The CS was used on the PST Gen 1 since out of the box its illumination didn't work.

I still have the Razor G3 6-36 and plan to use it for my .22lr trainer as well as my eastern whitetail hunting. I have a NF ATACR F1 7-35 for my western hunting now (newly arrived and will spend most of its time on my competition-style rifle). I put the ATACR on my VPP insurance so for about $30 a year it's insured for damage/loss/theft and the NF warranty covers any mechanical issues too.

I own a discontinued vortex tripod, it has worked great for what I do! I wanted to try some new things for glassing and potentially shooting off the tripod. I was bummed to see the quick release plate is discontinued as well... I was struggling to find anything online. I sent Vortex an email explaining the situation and within minutes they sent me a $0 order confirmation that included (2) quick release plates and a hat. I don't own many vortex products, but I can say that my customer service experience with them was excellent.

I once broke the eyepiece on my Razor HD spotting scope, 100% my fault. Vortex just asked which one needed to be repaired, the whole set or the eyepiece, and sent me a prepaid shipping label right away. Since then I've recommending Vortex to all my birding buddies

I’m on my third little spotter in approximately 10 years. I really liked my first 11-33. The replacement was okay. Then the next replacement 13-39 was okay, but it sucked that scope 2 went out on a high country archery buck tag this year. I tried to sell the third scope NIB and get that new Kowa but I didn’t get any offers by rifle season so here I am using it.

I don’t understand why they haven’t even figured out how to make a good lens cap.
