Cut up my Lope myself this year, cooked Sirloin Fillet last night, Incredible!!!!!!!


I use 1/2 Cup Worcester + 1/2 Cup Catalina Salad Dressing ( Any red real sugary dressing will work, the sugar caramelizes when you cook it creating good bark) as marinade for 8 hours.

Did it in a Pan + Oven, on grill wrap in bacon........ Enjoy!
