BBQ sauce recipe & how to marinate the ribs when traveling outdoors

I have learned how to make BBQ sauce and marinated ribs, I want to share them with you.
Material:
1. BBQ sauce
+ 1 cup tomato sauce
+ 1/2 cup white vinegar
+ 1/3 cup of honey
+ 1/2 tsp salt
+ 1 teaspoon white pepper
+ 1 tbsp Paprika powder (bought from supermarket)
+ 1/3 cup of black sugar
+ 1 tbsp chili sauce
+ 1 teaspoon of seasoning
+ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
+ 1/2 tsp onion powder
2. Grilled ribs BBQ
+ 1kg of whole rib
+ 5 tbsp of BBQ sauce
+ 1 tsp pepper
+ 1 teaspoon of salt
+ 1 teaspoon of Paprika powder
+ 1/2 tsp seasoning
+ 2 potatoes
+ 30ml of unsweetened fresh milk
+ 30g butter
Making:
Step 1:
Put the ingredients above (except for sugar) into the stirring pot. If there is no onion powder and garlic powder, you press the fresh garlic onion to get water. Cook on a stove with a low level of heat and stir while cooking for 10–13 minutes, then the sauce will start to make a paste.
Step 2:
Stir in sugar for another 8–10 minutes. Turn off the heat, always use or wait for the sauce to cool in a serving pot, and store in the refrigerator compartment for 7-10 days.
Step 3:
Ribs in full pieces, washed off the fat, should not boil the ribs will lose the sweetness of the meat. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, seasoning powder and Paprika on the ribs to apply on both sides. Leave on for 30 minutes to soak up the ribs.
Step 4:
Turn on the grill 150 degrees before 10 minutes for the hot oven, then put the meat on the grill for 50 minutes. Take out the meat, spread the BBQ sauce on the ribs (Don't let the sauce lose some of the aroma of the meat, when you eat there is a feeling of boredom). Put the ribs in a wrapper and wrap in the oven for another hour and the ribs are qualified.
Step 5:
Potatoes call for peeling, slice, boil 1 bulb with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. When the potatoes are ripe, drain the water and add the butter and fresh milk into the puree while the potatoes are still hot. Scoop the mashed potatoes into an ice cream bag.
Step 6:
The remaining potato is sliced thinly. Soak in water with a little salt, then rinse with cold water. Take out the potatoes and dry on wet tissue. Roll a slice of potatoes as pistons. Take another slice of potato to cover the pistil outside, roll about 3–4 more petals, not rolling as much as frying the potato will be less brittle.
Step 7:
Fix the petals together with a toothpick and then put the potatoes in a hot oil pan, fry them in the oil until the potatoes become golden brown, and crispy then take out.
Arrange the ribs for a mashed potato topped with fries. Now your BBQ rib plate is no less than a 5-star restaurant. Good luck!
