"Vaccinated people have nothing to fear from the unvaccinated"
Terribly misinformed.
The unvaccinated are >90 of hospitalizations. Who pays for Medicare? Me and my taxes!
There have been deaths at hospitals because all the ventilators were being used by unvaccinated covid patients. I fear that.
People with comorbidities and weak immune systems have caught covid from the unvaccinated spreading it around, innocent people die every day from catching Covid from the unvaccinated.
Most importantly, as the Supreme Court has decided before, we are all part of a society- not living on individual islands. The unvaccinated do not have a right to continue the epidemic and infect innocents.
George Washington was right that vaccines are right for America (mandated smallpox vaccines).
Do the right thing for America, get vaccinated, end the epidemic. Its only continuing because the unvaccinated choose continued suffering over America's prosperity.

My dad had a heart attack and was on a ventilator so “all” of them weren’t Chinese virus patients. His hospital wasn’t full. I know people who work in hospitals same as you and they say theirs aren’t full either but I’m not calling you a liar. Maybe you just live in an area with a higher % of people who are obese and immunocompromised etc. This is America and we are some of if not the most unhealthy people in the world. The CDC says I’m obese and I haven’t caught anything. Never get a flu shot and never get above 10% body fat either but I won’t judge your choice of what you think is a healthy lifestyle or the right choice for your health. Been exposed to several people who tested positive and have never had the antibodies show up in any of my bloodwork since this started. Am I Jesus and should I buy a lottery ticket?? The problem with you people is pushing your beliefs on everyone else like you know what’s best for us. But at this point the rest of us who are the majority aren’t going to compromise even if it was water shot. It’s the principle now. Good luck.

I don't know, but we have dozens of qualified exemptions already

The reason I ask is if it’s not a legitimate reason then you’re criticizing him because he won’t make up a lie to get his exemption. My wife filled out a religious exemption for her job as a registered nurse. It got accepted and she could keep her job without a vaccination. But after they said she was exempt she realized that her reason for exemption was nothing but bull shit. Basically a lie so she didn’t have to be vaccinated. She decided she did not want to be part of this ridiculous process they were running and quit her job anyway. She got another job with a significant pay cut. She made this decision based on her own principles and morality. The process of mandate should be fought to the fullest, not agreed upon because they let you have a free pass. She wrote a letter to the ceo of the hospital explaining to him that they had fired many of her coworkers and friends based on the hospital not believing their exemptions. And that the process in general was slimy and not moral. Shortly after they fired dozens of employees many others quit. The hospital quickly changed their policies based on the push back and loss of employees. They gave exemptions to anyone who asked without reason, just to keep their business from taking a huge hit. We must fight back and Not comply with an unethical system.

I guess she should have written that letter before riding out on her high horse. This is all cancel/outrage culture. Conservatives used to deride liberals for this sort of behavior but now think they have a free pass to stomp their feet and tantrum because their feelers got hurt. The government literally gave us all an out over the stupid mandate, and people are trying to find a way to weasel out of that. Your wife was ready to quit her job, likely due to covid fatigue, and this was a convenient scapegoat. It has nothing to do with some closely held belief or moral high ground.

Sounds like you got it all figured out. I’ll pass that on to her. She’ll appreciate the input since you you have personal insight on her situation. And for what it’s worth, she did write that letter before she quit . And I’m not sure she was escaping Covid fatigue being that she went to work for another hospital still dealing with Covid. The hospital she took a job with publicly declared that they would not require vaccinations and were supporting freedom of choice and were not going to abide by the mandate. But your take on her situation and millions of other Americans is brilliant. Keep up the good work.

I'm sure glad I've put myself in a position where I don't have to answer to anybody except God. If I was still working at this point, I'd tell them to pack sand. No masks, no covid shots (or vaccines), no CRT training, no diversity mandates, no socialism indoctrination, no education camps, etc, etc. Let's get on with the American way of life, or get this civil war over with. Either way........everyone needs to pick one of the choices.

Paramedic here. Work mandates the vax and initially said they would not allow many exemptions. Around 52% of us requested a religious exemption. They changed their tune quick. Now I test once a week.
Want the real kicker? If you are covid positive, you can come to work.
Why do I test if I can work while sick?

Forcefully detaining unvaccinated people into camps… That is absolutely insane, how is this not being covered? I can’t believe that’s even a thought in this country.
I wonder what Wash state would say to you if u told them you were an (unvaxxed) illegal alien that the Fed Govt just shipped up to Washington state? Probly give u a free phone, house, and car, eh? Maybe just turn some of those soon to be vacated Wa state interned citizens homes over to the ‘new’ citizens.

If it is SO important to be vaccinated why are millions of invaders being allowed thru the southern border, most with God knows what strain of Covid and every other disease and drug they are carrying. THEN FJoe Biden ships them on MY tax dollar into every corner of the country…it’s almost like they want to keep the virus going.

As far as your numbers go, the vast majority of hospital cases with Covid are not coming in FOR Covid and the vaccinated with Covid far outnumber the unvaccinated.

Natural immunity is shown in many studies to be at least 27 times more effective than any of the man made “vaccines” that still allow you to get the virus. Why is natural immunity ignored for the first time in human history?

Title vii civil rights act is pretty clear in that you have protection for your beliefs. You do not have to answer any of the BS questions asked to qualify your beliefs.

It is simple to nullify the questions...

Is a catholic priest sincere in his religious beliefs? Can he sin and still maintain his religious beliefs? What if he rapes?

These are all things that that have happened and the priest is still referred to as priest, not sinner, not former catholic priest.

Quantification of belief is in the heart of the beholder.

Prove me wrong.

Ps, Thomas v Indiana agrees.

do you have to prove seat belt use when in a personal vehicle diving to work not on company time? does work have a smoke alarm card they make you verify?
Every company I've ever worked for mandated the use of seatbelts, as well as other safety equipment and safe practices. All of them have implemented drug testing as well, despite it being my own personal choice whether I smoke a joint in my off hours or even shoot heroin on vacation.

Decisions like Employment vs Smith (can an employee be fired for using peyote off work hours in a religious ceremony) and Hobby Lobby (can an employer decide you can't use healthcare benefits for birth control) set the stage for this. Now the courts get to decide how valid your religion is. Blame Scalia.

Or we could reverse those two, and my employer no longer gets to decide how I use my healthcare benefits and whether I really need Saturdays and high holidays off or whether my coworker is allowed to use drugs in their off time.

Can't have it both ways.

As smart as you like to act comprehension is lacking. I said driving off company time. Drug use is illegal regardless of who’s time your on. Nice try but keep grasping those straws comrade…

If there was a way for you to be vaccinated at work but not vaccinated off work it would be a different story, but there's not. A vaccine mandate is about you being at work, just like every other work safety precaution.

It's not my employer's job to make sure I'm not breaking the law on my own time. Again, testing me for drugs at work to make sure I didn't smoke weed off work is my employer dictating what i can do in my own time. Moreso, if I traveled to a country where it's not illegal, like the Netherlands, smoked weed, came back and was drug tested my employer could still fire me. Same for Employment Division vs Smith, where the individuals went to sovereign land to participate in a religious ritual involving peyote, but were fired anyway.

If "it's illegal" is enough for you, then great. OSHA made a rule about companies with more than 100 employees, those companies are complying with OSHA's rules, which have behind them the power of congress and the federal government. It's illegal for those companies not to comply with OSHA rules.
