Went to Jaydolf's desk today but he didn't sign it yet. Maybe waiting for the other two loads of garbage to sign at once? Get those lowers tomorrow morning! Wish I owned a gun store in Post Falls or CDA come next week.

I’ve always thought it would be interesting to see a graph of guns/gun parts sales in cda, post falls and Lewiston every time washington passes one of these pointless bills

I was at the gun show in Post Falls yesterday just to see exactly what you’re talking about, and it was so nutty it was hilarious. The whole parking lot was WA plates and people were buying everything they could get at prices that were beyond ridiculous lol!

Several FFL dealers I know in the region won’t sell you anything beyond ammo if you whip out a WA license.

Governor singed it today. Not sure if it goes into effect immediately or not. One law at a time Anti-gun groups are getting their way. Their Ultimate goal is to overturn 2nd amendment, of this there is not doubt.

Anti-gunners have been trying for years. I don’t think our guns are going anywhere anytime soon. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be paying attention though. Go out and vote and get to know your local officials. It’s all the average guy or gal can really do…

So they just signed this bill but you’re still saying our guns aren’t going anywhere anytime soon?

I don’t understand this type of thinking.

Law suits filed. Now the question is, Will the lower courts agree the ban may be unconstitutional, but leave law intact the law until a final determination is decided by the courts. Or will they say, allow the sales of listed firearms until a determination of constitutionality is made.. My guess would be, leave the law intact for now.

I'm surprised the governor didn't let it sit on his desk until a high profile news story broke about gun violence so he could make a show of signing the bill into law.

I'm actually surprised it took him so long to sign it. I expected him to be waiting anxiously to sign it as soon as it passed.
