Meh. I voted against 134. I don't want to make it more difficult to introduce ballot measures just because it could impact hunting. That's akin to being a single-issue 2A voter in my eyes.

It might make it harder for an initiative to get on the ballot but it forces equal representation and might stop the large metro area effect of overwhelming the smaller districts. Look at the greater Denver area eliminating the small community CO vote. Do we want just lefty Tucson and the trending towards left leaning Phoenix to do the same?

I might have been swayed if the bar wasn't quite as high as requiring a percentage of signatures from each of the 30 legislative districts, but 134 went to far as written IMO. It will be interesting to see what happens.
