Aside from AVB claiming she was shooting ftom 630 yards, is there any mention by anyone else (including Rachelle & crew) regarding how far her shot was? Her statement posted early on in this thread said Easton ranged AVB's shot to be ~1000 yds when they got to where the deer had been shot. Just curious.

The mentioned podcast must have been pretty pad. I've looked on the website and 3 different apps I use for listening to podcasts and it has been removed from all of them. Why would they have put it out there in the first place if they were that ashamed of it? Maybe one of the Von Benedikts will answer, they are obviously watching the thread.

It wasn’t bad but I can’t say that I blame them for taking it down. AVB is getting drug through the mud all over the internet and some people would take it to far with that information. It doesn’t matter because the podcast had nothing to do with what happened here.

Respect for the MHG for not touching that one with a ten foot pole. We may be asses but we are asses with class.

I don’t remember. Pathfinder talked about rachelle having shot out past 600 before the hunt so I would imagine the number for her is pretty accurate.

I totally agree that was definitely a no-go zone for making jokes or memes.
I feel bad for sharing the link but also relieved that it's been taken down so it doesn't fall into wrong hands of someone that would take it too far. Gun safety and incidents are not a joking matter.

If in a different climate that podcast should have been heard by all and everyone take away lessons from it.
