I know the consensus in old threads is it isn't exactly an elegant match between the two. Has anyone figured out how to make it work better? Pictures are always helpful.

I don't know anything about SO, but I've modified bags to mount on different frames. Usually just a matter of sewing in strap or little pockets.

I feel like that would break some sort of law or rule from the Geneva convention…..
But I would think it’s just a matter of getting buckles and straps to line up and hold tight.
