Anyone cut the snow collar from their Kifaru Timberline?

I know I have read threads before about guys cutting the snow collar off their Timberline to lighten their pack. Does anyone have a cut-off snow collar lying around that they don't need anymore? I'm actually interested in sewing one on to my T2 to add a little extra room.

I can't imagine cutting off the snow collar. I need the room. Not necessarily for every trip, but certainly when meat or horns need to be carried, or when the clothing needs to be heavier once the temperatures drop.

I have cut mine off, but didn't keep it for any reason. You may check with Kifaru and see if you could buy a snow collar.

I cut mine off as well but wanted to keep it for material in case patching is ever needed on either of my packs. If you cant find one PM me and I will send it to you.
