Day 39 for me today... I work a full-time job, own an exceptionally busy "side hustle", and so far have managed to get it all done. I did have to change my diet through it, I didn't need to lose a lot of weight, 10lbs would have been plenty. I lost that 10lbs in the first 3 weeks and needed to increase my caloric intake to help build muscle and stop losing and weight. My routine has been workout at 5am and my 2nd workout either right at 5pm or later around 9pm. Working out outside in the dark isnt all that glorious, but I'm not going to fail! No drinking has been easier than expected but my bourbon collection will be ready to see me when I'm done. I was never a big drinker before, maybe once a week.
