70 vs 80lb Bow

I shot two 3d's last year. Both were 48 target two arrow and I had no problems

To tune the lbs up a few- Do you twist everything up equally.

It depends on the bow! Start with even added twists and then go to your draw board and start tweaking. I'd only start with about 5 twists.
