I’m having the opposite problem from @270quest , despite FedEx’s best efforts, the stock and BA arrived. Just waiting on bases, rings, and scope now. Should have everything by Wednesday!

Hodgdon is showing 2900 with the 95 TMK and Lever or CFE (24"). I was thinking earlier today about a 6 ARC "woods" load with the 95 ballistic tip. Mainly with the desire for an exit.

I've owned a Howa Mini in 7.62X39 since they first came out. Never had a problem with the magazines or the trigger guard after years of dragging it in the field for mostly hog hunting. You can lighten the trigger with a simple spring changeover. Other than not liking the mag release in front of the mag, I have no complaints. My next Howa mini will be a 6.5 Grendel.

Waiting for this Stockys stock is killing me….will be a nice backcountry rifle once it’s all buttoned up…Rings and bases will add 5 oz, figuring around 23oz for stock and bedding. Puts me at 7 pounds 2-3 oz. 106 and 108s at 2700 FPS will be a sweet little killing package.
