.223 for bear, mountain goat, deer, elk, and moose.

I have a box of the CMP stuff. Haven't had a chance to chronograph it yet but it seems like good quality. Starline brass, 77tmk, and shoots pretty good. Probably a fair bit slower than the black hills stuff but much much cheaper.

Good price for guys looking for loaded 77 TMK ammo. Less than $1/ea with tax/shipping and I assume these are going to be a higher quality than AAC. 223 pressures not 556 though.

Just give it a light crimp maybe? I picked up 50 fps by crimping rounds that only had about 1-1.5 thou in neck tension by accident (wrong bushing after processing like 200 cases )...

What distance are you guys zeroing? 16" Tikka with black hills TMK
I was always a zero at 200 yards guy because I liked using the point blank range method for when I needed to make quick shots under 350 ish yards. Now that I am hunting using scopes with exposed turrets I started to zero my rifles at 100 yards and if I am walking in a area where I might need to make quick shots at various distances I just dial my scope up 1.5 MOA.

A lot of people had a similar path. There are so many advantages to a 100 yard zero. A more reliable zero might be the biggest one
