You are killing brother, your discipline and consistency is incredible!! How many days are u working out? How has your sleep been? I had similar problems for a while and was drinking plenty of water. I ended up finding out I was exercising too much and my sleep was ok at best. It changed dramatically when I started getting more sleep! Glad to see the positive results week after weekWeekly weigh in:

I feel like I haven’t been drinking enough water the last couple weeks. Muscles are tight - always on the verge of cramping.

Well my story is I’m a baseball guy - coach at the Varsity HS Level at the largest school in the state - so after my day job is over around 2:30 each day, I head to the High school and am involved with that till usually 6. Then my son, who is a college committed player, I stick around and work extra with him. So for 6 days a week I’m running around the baseball field, throwing hours of BP, and other physical activity. So I don’t actually go to the gym a lot right now. Usually I will lift with my son one -two days during the week awhen he is going heavy and needs spots, and then a day on the weekend - but that usually cardio/pushups/etc….when Its my turn in the coaching rotation to throw BP, it’s usually 5-6 rounds of 6…for 18 players. It’s a lot of throwing for around 45 minutes and I’m usually a sweaty mess. No idea how many calories are being burned but I have to guess at least and extra 6-800.You are killing brother, your discipline and consistency is incredible!! How many days are u working out?
