2026 Weight Loss Thread

Starting my own weight loss journey this year. They didn't lie when they said the weight sticks around more once you're in your 30s. 6'2 current 245. Hoping to get to around 200 with some more added muscle. Keep it up, great progress so far.

I’ve always been super active. Wrestling from the age of 5 till 22 when I got outta the Corps. Lifting, rucking, running. About to turn 38. I was 170ish and pretty lean at the start of our Sept archery season.

I really dialed in my diet and training. Went from high weight, low reps to lighter weight and higher reps.

I’m currently 147ish and I’m in the best shape of my life. I was for sure over training and not eating enough protein.

My goal was 150 and lean but man I feel amazing. Not sure how light I wanna get, wrestled at 112-119-125 but that was 20-25 yeats ago. If I can maintain 145-150 and keep my strength and mobility for years to come I will be tickled pink!

I had the same problem with protein and overtraining and at 45 I’m finally learning to settle in to a good weight with functional strength and mobility. I’m the same I feel great so don’t want to change to much

Wow that’s incredible, that is some consistency and discipline right there, can’t wait to see next weigh in!!

I’m on day 15 of 30 Hard, with my diet being carnivore. I’ll refrain from sharing weight loss stats as this isn’t my thread, but just wanted you to know that I am grateful for the motivation 👊🏻
