You are killing brother, your discipline and consistency is incredible!! How many days are u working out? How has your sleep been? I had similar problems for a while and was drinking plenty of water. I ended up finding out I was exercising too much and my sleep was ok at best. It changed dramatically when I started getting more sleep! Glad to see the positive results week after weekWeekly weigh in:
3/15/26 - 232.3 - Down 40.7 pounds since 12/20/25.
I feel like I haven’t been drinking enough water the last couple weeks. Muscles are tight - always on the verge of cramping.
Still have another 32.3 pounds to go by June 1st to hit my goal…![]()
