Monday 2/23 weigh in— 198

Down a pound, felt like I would’ve stayed the same or gained. Not a great week of eating, but we move on

I did a major weight shed last year doing strict carnivore and 5-6 day a week workouts. I would much rather do outdoor workouts so I've only been doing about 2 days a week indoors to maintain some fitness. Will get back on outdoor workouts in the next week or two and back to carnivore. My body likes carnivore and I can drop 4 lbs +/- a week if needed. Freezer is full of NY strips, bighorn sheep and some non confinement pork. Yummy.

Good luck with your weight loss adventure.

Starting this myself, got a little too heavy the last few years and have my first backcountry trip planned this fall since 2023. I'd really like to be under 190 by September!

3/9/26 - 216.2

Weekly weigh in:

3/15/26 - 232.3 - Down 40.7 pounds since 12/20/25.

I feel like I haven’t been drinking enough water the last couple weeks. Muscles are tight - always on the verge of cramping.

Still have another 32.3 pounds to go by June 1st to hit my goal…🙄🫡

You are killing brother, your discipline and consistency is incredible!! How many days are u working out? How has your sleep been? I had similar problems for a while and was drinking plenty of water. I ended up finding out I was exercising too much and my sleep was ok at best. It changed dramatically when I started getting more sleep! Glad to see the positive results week after week👊🏻
