2025 Montana alternate draw question

I'm number 316 / 1552 for Deer. Seems like I may get a chance at the tag. albeit, likely, later this fall. Anyone willing to share their number in the queue when their number gets called as we move towards the fall? I'm curious to know ~what number in the queue is currently being offered and how this queue progresses into Aug/Sept/Oct, etc..

I'm currently 205 for deer. Pretty good chance I'll get called. Ill let you know if it happens

Why doesn't FWP simply post what number they are at on a daily basis for the 3 alternate lists? Everyone keeps the number they are originally drawn instead of seeing their number "move up" as the days tick by. Would make it easier to plan ahead I think.

Yeah, I'll be packing a side arm! we've hunted deer on the east side a handfull of times, but this will be a first time for elk and after the last time for deer, I'm quite fearful on what to expect for pressure? There's just so many trucks, camps, people. Guess we'll find out!?

The pressure is insane. Between all the Midwesties with Go Hunt decals on their trucks, the wolves and the residents the hunting in Montana has gone way downhill.
Definitely carry a bear gun. There's griz basically everywhere.

My guess is that this would make their lives more difficult.
