Card has a pending charge. Early archery tag for me, I just don't know which unit I drew yet. None of my draw odds made sense for me to hit.

Pending charge hit for me also, reading the tea leaves in the thread it sounds like it was probably my second choice ~17% rifle tag. Charge hit on Thursday.

$135 charge here. A little unexpected because I burned 12 points last year on an archery bull tag. Hoping my first choice hit on an early rifle bull tag, but more likely is my 2nd choice late rifle. Either way, i'll be rifle elk hunting again after a 15 year hiatus.

Should be the end of this coming week, very smooth draw this year.

Draw results are being posted to accounts (updated from pending). If you have the AZ E-Tag app on your phone it will show which of your choices you drew. I got lucky and drew a 6A late rifle bull tag.

Congrats to those who drew. Portal updated for me with no luck. At least I am hitting that loyalty point mark now. Now add in the hunter safety course and ill have an additional point to help spruce up the odds.

Keep an eye on that loyalty point popping up next year. This year i had 5 consecutive points for elk and had to call to get them to add it.

Your loyalty point is awarded after 5 applications. If 2025 was your 5th, the loyalty point was in place for this years draw. Species bonus points are awarded after unsuccessful draws. Points are updated to the portal only twice/year so they won't show for a while.

7E, late rifle.

I had this hunt in 2019 as my first ever elk hunt. About as clueless as a elk hunter can be I must say.

The hunt starts the day after Thanksgiving every year. That year it snowed 18+ inches the night before Thanksgiving and lows were single digits for the 1st and 2nd day of the hunt. Warmed up to low 20s after the 2nd day. I'm expecting the same weather this year.

Anyhoo, I'll be in the woods at least two days earley amd stay until I kill an elk or the hunt is over this year. No excuses for eating tag soup this year.
