Going Elk hunting this year boils and goyles. Pretty durn excited I must say.

This year is my first full year of retirement so there will be scouting and hunting for days and days and days.

Last year I did not draw and the year before I donated my tag due to a family emeregency so this tag is particularly sweet.

It's early in the draw process so me thinks I drew my first choice. No excuse not to tag out this year since I have dang near unlimited time to scout.

My CC got hit this morning. Hoping for we got lucky with archery but I'll take late rifle too. Dad will be 72 not sure how many chances we have left being NRs. Funny how the email that my CC got charged makes you feel better even when you're outside trying to get the car to start in -35 weather.

Same here. The only people who know are the ones who only put in one choice. That's what I did last year, so I knew what hunt I drew.

This year, because I had no points to "burn", I put cow down for second choice, so I can't be sure. But, the first cards to get hit are usually the first round.
