I have a handful of elk points there, I gave up after missing a year and losing my loyalty and the fact I no longer buy a license to OTC deer hunt.

I doubt there is a tag I can draw there with a few points!

Add it to the list of donations I guess, I am quite the conservationist!

You could try for one of the cow hunts where you have a higher chance, or a less desirable hunt like late/late rifle. Any chance is still a chance!

I guess, but I have no interest in a rifle hunt and can probably buy a landowner cow tag for a similar price here in New Mexico!

Should be the day after, if history is any indication.

Yes. CC are usually charged the day after the CC cutoff date.

Do not despair (too much...just a little) if you see no charge on the 19th. I have seen charges show up a couple days later as they work through the process. If nothing by the 21st, then you almost certainly got bupkis.

I read on a different forum that CCs can expect to start being hit around 8:30 AM MST, not sure if thats true or not but i remember for the June time draw it was earlier in the day
