Today was our last day of woodcock hunting this year. We got to hunt with some new friends. We ended up moving 5 before they left.
Took the girls out and we found 1 more, all was good until we all took a swim and learned a few lessons.

The creek is ALWAYS deeper than it looks
Don't trust ice in the south

Looks a lot like two of my GSP's, Mr Rommel and Mr Axl. I Sure miss them, as is the case with five others I had the pleasure of hunting over.
