Really need a checkbox for--{ I've read the rules and conditions of this contest}-- before letting any one enter.
Come on guys at lest read post#1 where its all laid out for you.

Please edit all your shooting into the same post you started for your #1 day of the challenge or you won't get qualified for the drawing.

The video Robby posted should also be required. Explained a lot of the purpose behind the challenge and “rules and conditions” which was very helpful.

I just want to say thanks for putting this on. I’m pretty new to big game hunting. I did a little in middle school and a little right out of high school. I got into waterfowl/ dog training big time and forgot about big game until 4 years ago. Now it’s all I am focused on.

with that said this is forcing me to be more involved in the forum. Usually I do a lot of reading and not so much contributing as I feel I don’t have much to bring to the table.
Thanks again.

My shot today was not pretty either - rough conditions with this stupid snowstorm! View attachment 170359View attachment 170360

Man, good on ya for shooting anyway! I feel you, we had no snow in Feb but March and April have been nonstop. One of the best bucks I’ve harvested was in conditions like that so it’s a good reminder real world practice matters.

I talked the girlfriend into playing. I was fairly convinced she wouldn’t hit the target based on the elements. When she shot, I couldn’t see the arrow hit the target but I heard it hit. “Thank God, you hit it!” Then of course she made a better shot than me. Smh...

Glad to see a few ladies come out for this.

@randyulmer shot well today. 2nd arrow in three days after skipping yesterday. He clarified that his vital is the 8-ring or less.

Me too! A little pressure helps all of us. Last season bull fever got the better of her...3 times. Lol! You can’t really prepare yourself by stabbing hay bales for screaming bulls at 20 yards.

Hopefully i can get in on this Wednesday, started a tour tonight and wont be off till Wednesday morning. If there is spot left i will jump in at 65

When you watch the post count, remember there’s probably 10 people in right now that are either going to be disqualified or they are staff and that won’t count against the 200. So just because it’s 200, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s over. Will post on here when we hit the actual number of qualified shooters. Good luck

When this is over I think I'm gonna switch bows. I have a PSE Vendetta in great shape with new strings. It needs a different sight but is really pretty nice, and is a 70# bow.

It was the second bow I bought and is longer ATA which made it harder for me to shoot than my first bow which was a Diamond single cam with a pile of use. That led me to buy my current Diamond which is a great setup, I just think at this point I could benefit from a longer ATA bow and increased poundage.

Faster arrow with a heavier broadhead sounds like a win to me.

Wind got me, as well as shooting too far with my stick bow.

Oh well. Lots of time til September. As much as I change stuff I'll have shot 2-3 different arrow setups between now and then.

Another storm blew in with strong winds and snow!

Supposed to be short, but dang, ready for this winter thing to be over.

I had just had the kids all carry my dumbbells from the basement and line them up in the driveway. LOL. They had to move them all to the garage. 😒😕
