November 1 in WI. Wind gusts were over 40 mph that morning but I wasn't about to miss the first morning in November. Saw three other bucks within the first 30 minutes of light and shot this guy shortly thereafter.

Nov 9. Had two flat tires on my bike after 3 previous days of multiple other things going wrong. The bike shop got them fixed at 3:30. Too late to go back down to the private stuff I was hunting so I found some public on the map around a lake close by. I picked a spot on the map in the bike shop parking lot, got there, rode the bike 2 miles in to the spot, got set up at 4:30, shot this buck at 5:30 at 34yds, I shoot instinctive so that was at the end of my range. I’ve been deer hunting for 25yrs and this experience is at the top in terms of satisfaction from a last minute hale marry plan I envisioned in my mind and it coming true in an hour! Thank you Lord and thank you November!
