2014 Colorado Deer Draw is over - Backdoor open

So I just checked and now I no longer have a PP for 2014. This is killing me!

Yeah there is a big thread on monster muleys I guess a bunch of people started calling cause people weren't drawing units that only took like two points with five and so on.

I just put in for preference points for Muleys but mine has not been updated. All I show is last years information for elk. Sounds like they are having a few glitches. Prolly due to the CDOW eating too many pot brownies before the draw.

Ok, I just talked to the DOW. They're giving a standard line about the draw now. It goes...............Nothing is finalized until May 30th.

He said don't go by anything you've seen up to this point. I asked if the draw is done, and he said it was done last Friday, and there wouldn't be another one.

So, that's it. They aren't admitting to any mistakes they made. Just wait until may 30th.

I think all the calls had something to do with the CPW putting out a draw results summary showing almost no NR drew a tag. Of course they removed it quickly, but the damage was done.

I just talked to my friend who's a hunt planner. He said they knew the deer draw wasn't entered right. Call it a computer glitch. All the calls from hunters had nothing to do with it.

The site is all jacked up. I just checked and all it showed is site error. They haven't even posted the official sheep draw yet and it was supposed to be posted this morning!
