This is right in my wheelhouse, exact loads and velocity you're talking about. I load the 110 TTSX in a 270 Winchester for one son, and the 130 TTSX in a 30-06 for the other son. Both have taken pronghorn and elk with those exact loads.
110 TTSX dead on the sternum of a trotting lead cow, heading straight at my son, 60 yards. She reared up, momentum carried her forward and snow plowed 3 feet in 24" of snow to a dead stop, literally. 3300 fps nominal MV. Found some holes exiting off to the side, which were probably the petals, never found the main bullet. RL19, extrapolated and worked up a load because I had some on hand I wanted to use.
130 TTSX broadside 90 yards cow elk, early morning at dawn. Scope fogged with his breath, had a hard time with sight picture.. Hit high and broke the back at the neck juncture, dropped instantly. Finisher from standing back 5 yards or so. Exited into the dirt. 3300 fps nominal mv. IMR 4320, no longer available but still have a supply.
Do not need to go heavier, monos punch way above their weight. I shoot a 200 TTSX out of my 35 Whelen AI @2940 fps. It's a hammer on anything inside 400 yards from any angle.
