ya, agree with above poster. lots of different answers I would shoot 3 to get a group with a minimum of around a min between those 3 shots, then let cool. adjust scope then shoot another group till zeroed. obviously if you're 3 ft high you don't need to shoot 3 there, as 1 shot will... -

Working up loads for the 300 WSM, Tikka T3 Lite in particular
i have that exact gun and tried rl19 with less than stellar results. I probably could have got it to shoot better than i did, but I had 17. I couldn't get the 185 vld's to shoot at mag length, but the hybrids are showing potential. I am using 178 amax and rl17 now because it is so stinking... -

I went with 5 pin ascent. white 2" ring. color is personal preference. either ring would be fine. a smaller ring may allow you to dial down a tiny bit more before having fletching contact with really long shots..?? -

i've got a g20sf with a trijicon rmr. i've never had a single problem with it, and all i've ever shot are reloads. runs like a top. good luck -
Rate the merino base layers
i own kuiu and smartwool. like both, but smartwool gets the nod for comfort everytime. -
700 Custom ks Mtn rifle for long range
what twist barrel do you have? I'm not sure you'll be able to stabilize the 215's or 230's unless you have a 1/10" twist. That's what I've been using on my recent 300 RUM builds, as my old 1/12" wouldn't cut it with the heavy bullets. You may be able to load them to mag length if you're barrel...- Jon Pynch

How do you guys carry your rangefinder on spot and stalk hunts?
the easiest way i've found is to carry them inside your bino's ;) -

Upper end of spotting scope use?
i use my 65mm swaro on 60x all the time in cooler weather, and love it! when mirage kicks up really bad it doesn't matter if you're at 30x or 60x it just doesn't work real great. can't speak to the vortex as I haven't used them -
