    I'm not sure.You may need to adjust the straps .I have it adjusted pretty tight with very little movement. It doesn't shift up towards my head when doing pushups though I do have to keep my head sqaure without tilting my head back.

    There is definitely a low population overall.However the bancock zone is fairly big and does have pockets of elk,im not going to mention any area's.I have seen a few really good bulls in there.

    Ye Yes those weights are correct.I haven't checked out the Caldwell rifle cover,so i wouldn't be able to accurately tell you the differences.Same with Rapid rifle cover.However i can't imagine a rifle cover being much more convenient than the Solo as I found it very convenient.
