    Depends on what type of experience you're looking for...I would say colorado is going to give you more opportunities for sure, but things are going to change in the coming years. Too much pressure and too few animals along with predation...CPW will have to make some changes.

    Bar - Why would 76 be any more or less crowded than any other year...Did they raise the number of tags? Just didn't know if they changed to tag allocations for this unit for 2016. I saw a few hunters in camps but never ran into anyone in the woods.

    Bob B, I didn't see very many deer where I hunted (Around Rito Hondo Reservior) all the way to 12K...not saying they aren't there but I didn't see many. Now I do know where I'm eventually going to use my moose points...maybe in the next century:)

    +2 for Bee Stingers 10" seems to work the best for me but with the adjustable weight disks you could make a shorter version work well too.

    MR Longbow with the Nice Frame Question

    I second the lift kit. Also if you have a lid, you can attach it to work as a load sling. That's why I love MR, buckles and straps for days make it easy to use in any situation.

    NICE frame daypack?

    I have the Metcalf it's just s little big still for a day pack , but the longbow is the go to for me! It's just the right size for all day non overnight excursions.
