I am pretty sure it would be helpful to people if the marketing material showed both reticles at the same power setting, or maybe, both at 3X and both at 18X. I suspect a lot of people, especially those new to FFP, will think that the thick bars on the THLR reticle are much thicker than the thick bars on the RMG-H reticle based on this illustration.
This is why I choose the reticle I did. For someone with very limited reticle experience in FFP scopes, I bought the one I thought would be the best for my ill knowledge.I am pretty sure it would be helpful to people if the marketing material showed both reticles at the same power setting, or maybe, both at 3X and both at 18X. +2What about in Canuckistan?
OK Canadians, you win! I have applied for the US DEPT of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security SNAP-R account in order to apply for export authorization. As I read it, once my account is approved, you would apply for your Canadian import permit, give your approval to me, and I submit for the export approval.
As long as @ZeroTech Optics approves of this, we will give it a try.

Thinking about this and plucking out some info from other threads, Zerotech has undoubtedly made their own order for some scopes since they are handling distribution for everywhere outside the US. I would bet those ones will hit their website 6 months from now for sale.I ordered one based on this post in the “Would you buy this scope” thread, hopefully no issues
They have said a few times that S2H will do US distribution and ZT will do international.Thinking about this and plucking out some info from other threads, Zerotech has undoubtedly made their own order for some scopes since they are handling distribution for everywhere outside the US. That said, I scooped one yesterday in the thought that it might show up in time for the fall season.
Given the high demand and slim profit margins, do you expect future price increases? We will have a monthly release of 500 units. This is not intended to create a shortage; it's simply the maximum we can manage at this time.
I hope when they do a moa reticle they take the THLR and morph it to a moa approximation, and get rid of the 6mils (~20moa) of windage. Half of that is plenty for most of us. Plenty. And having the wider outer crosshairs come in closer, would be great in low light. They could just taper them if they were worried about blocking FOV.Nice work S2H group. You guys nailed the turret configs and nice to have a locking diopter.
The standard Mil reticle looks nice too. Not all the fluff and tree but still get 0.2 mil windage hashes which I appreciate. 0.6 mil thickness should be a good balance. If I had to be a critic, i dont need 6 mils of windage or a top post. Looks really good though.
Not sure which reticle i'll get yet.. tempted to stick with the RMG for familiarity as it is configured like my existing comp rifle scopes but I am intrigued by the THLR.
That would be my guess as well. They have said a few times that S2H will do US distribution and ZT will do international.
They only thing they’ve said that contradicts that (and still doesn’t really) is the new info that Jake is working toward Canadian export permitting
Sounds like Canadians will have the ZT option as long as S2H doesn’t decide to do Canada also. My bet is both?
I posted earlier, I already have scopes like the RMG and while one argument could be for familiarity I figured try out this new deal that is supposed to be more intuitive for hunting, we shall see or if not I can always pursue a RMG in the future. Not sure which reticle i'll get yet.. tempted to stick with the RMG for familiarity as it is configured like my existing comp rifle scopes but I am intrigued by the THLR.
Dumb question.. can they be bought in the US and shipped at a birthday gift to CAN without fees/ tariffs?I ordered two today to Canada. Jake has gotten the import docs on unknowns end and its simple to import as I've done with mavens. Hard to say if zerotech canada will end up with them cheaper vs importing from US and paying duties ect. At least they are not made in USA product as I usually get hit the hardest on those crossing the border. Figured I'd roll the dice to get a them sooner.
