@Ryan Avery - quite a few people didn't realize the RMG-H reticle was the default and ordered it on accident. Myself included.

What's the best recourse for correcting that?

I did the same. Followed it up with an email.

Both not trying to be impatient but not wanting to take a spot for someone else. I apologized he said I was't the only one who screwed up. My words not his. He was very nice about it.

Yeah, I just got a call back from Owen. Sounds like it was a common mistake! He got me squared away.
