Zeiss SFL 8x30 Review— a compact with full size performance?

So comparing the sfl 10x40 to the sfl 10x30 i noticed the 30, smaller objective, seem to have an edge in fov but as far as resolving detail in day time viewing, which would you say is the winner there?
gosh man, I completely missed this.

I ran that resolving test and the 30 won. It's just better glass in the SFLs vs the SFs.

After many hours behind these I'm not at all disappointed that they replaced my 10x42 alphas. I can get them very steady by resting them on my connected trekking poles (quick stix/bipod), so no tripod needed at all for elk. I found many elk and some muleys with these over the last 2 seasons. For elk, I'll be running these almost exclusively going forward, and I'll use the so-so kowa 502 (14oz) resting on the same bipod setup if I can't see any antlers. Basically to check for a spike amongst the cows, but I don't care what size bulls are...
-for deer I'll add my 15's and a 1lb tripod in to the mix.
Thanks for the review and comments! I hope Zeiss makes a crazy light 15x version of the Sfl.
