You guys know anything about wisteria plants?

The color makes me think there was some shock from going indoors to full sun. Keep giving them good deep water and let it dry out some between waterings. When they push out new growth it should be deeper green and not have that burn.

One thing I can say for sure is, they demand full sun. I planted 2 to climb my pergola, one never made the top because it had partial shade. The other climbed and roofed the top, but then got partial shade as a couple trees expanded and it's mostly done for now.

My first house in GA was overrun with wisteria. The lot was about 1/4 acre and the neighbor behind my lot had planted it. It had come all throughout my yard, previous homeowners never dealt with it. I waged an all at war against it trying to get rid of it. I cleaned it up, but never officially won the war.

It would send runners throughout the yard and pop up a week or two later in a new spot. It might grow differently in your area though.

If you’re in the southeast, just make sure your dog or kids don’t stay in one spot in the yard too long or it’ll start growing on them.

Not to invite big brother or nothing, but there's good reason a lot of the Asian Wisteria is illegal to plant/propagate in some states.

I'd burn that shit to the ground with some crossbow and find something else to put there, even if it was my neighbors🤣

Botanical gardens have been just fantastic for native Flora
