With Fierce it's really hit or miss , yuk yuk , I'll be here all week , make sure you tip your waitress !I didnt really check that to be honest... I thought it safe to assume when purchasing any rifle the rifling came with it.

Is "IT" the rifle alone or the complete assembly as is?Oh, and I owe shipping charges if they get it to shoot...
That's what I'm trying to figure out if fierce is accountable for that or not. If not then he should absolutely check all this. If fierce sold a turn key system then its on them to do all that. It makes a big difference if the OP is worried about being responsible for a $200 fee.3 pages, have you checked the action and scope mounting screws? Swapped to a different scope?
Where are you located? I have the tools and skills to verify that it is indeed an issue with the barreled action before you have to send it back. With you saying that deer season is upon you, I assume you are in the south east?Oh, and I owe shipping charges if they get it to shoot...
I bought the package directly from their website and called to make sure I was getting the correct barrel length etc. . Picked the model, caliber, scope, rings etc. It all came in their custom cut foam box. ALL of it fully assembled. (Scope, rings, etc.). In my mind, ready to shoot...That's what I'm trying to figure out if fierce is accountable for that or not. If not then he should absolutely check all this. In regards to getting "IT" to shoot is "IT" just the rifle or the package? If you haven't asked that in writing I suggest you do.I bought the package directly from their website and called to make sure I was getting the correct barrel length etc. . If I recall, I could have opted for them to shoot factory ammo and send a target as proof, but I didnt choose that option. Looking back that was probably a mistake.
I live near Houston Texas.Where are you located? I have the tools and skills to verify that it is indeed an issue with the barreled action before you have to send it back. With you saying that deer season is upon you, I assume you are in the south east?

Dang. That's about 1600 miles from me. If I was working in West TX still, I'd make the trip on my way to work. Hope you get thing figured out.I live near Houston Texas.
I’m in total agreement, buy a torque gauge drive and disassemble the gun and re torque to specsWhere are you located? Not only this, but thoroughly degrease everything before re-assembly. Maybe skip the loctite in case you need to send it back.I’m in total agreement, buy a torque gauge drive and disassemble the gun and re torque to specs
Quality control in factory settings is not as good as in the past everywhere!
I also keep a extra scope I use as a test reference, I might be inclined to run some self test as a process of elimination
Really appreciate the gesture here!Dang. That's about 1600 miles from me. If I was working in West TX still, I'd make the trip on my way to work. Hope you get thing figured out.

This is my thoughts exactly. I have no reason to believe they wont find an issue, fix it, say they were able to group no problem, and charge me anyway.. what a nightmare. If their customer service sucks as bad as everyone says, you're going to owe that $200 no matter what if you send it back. Why would they fix it for free when they can fix it, shoot a group, and tell you to pound sand?
I'm a fixer and I like to make new friends. Figuring things out is fun.Really appreciate the gesture here!
