Yet another Fierce Firearms Issue...2024

What exactly did you buy? IE did they say there were selling a turn key package or did they agree to mount a scope and bore sight it without any gaurantees of the optics and mounting?

3 pages, have you checked the action and scope mounting screws? Swapped to a different scope?
That's what I'm trying to figure out if fierce is accountable for that or not. If not then he should absolutely check all this. If fierce sold a turn key system then its on them to do all that. It makes a big difference if the OP is worried about being responsible for a $200 fee.

I bought the package directly from their website and called to make sure I was getting the correct barrel length etc. . Picked the model, caliber, scope, rings etc. It all came in their custom cut foam box. ALL of it fully assembled. (Scope, rings, etc.). In my mind, ready to shoot...

If I recall, I could have opted for them to shoot factory ammo and send a target as proof, but I didnt choose that option. Looking back that was probably a mistake.

In regards to getting "IT" to shoot is "IT" just the rifle or the package? If you haven't asked that in writing I suggest you do.

Where are you located? I have the tools and skills to verify that it is indeed an issue with the barreled action before you have to send it back. With you saying that deer season is upon you, I assume you are in the south east?

I live near Houston Texas.

If their customer service sucks as bad as everyone says, you're going to owe that $200 no matter what if you send it back. Why would they fix it for free when they can fix it, shoot a group, and tell you to pound sand?

I’m in total agreement, buy a torque gauge drive and disassemble the gun and re torque to specs
Quality control in factory settings is not as good as in the past everywhere!
I also keep a extra scope I use as a test reference, I might be inclined to run some self test as a process of elimination

I sent my fierce back. They couldn’t get it to shoot either. They replaced the barrel and shot their own “3 shot group” and sent me the target. I was not charged the $200. However the whole process was quite a pain and had to deal with multiple individuals due to employee churn. It around a 6 months in total. The rifle shoots good now (around an inch 5 shot group) but is picky on ammo. Anything above 190grains (300 win mag) won’t group. I will never buy one again and tell anyone that will listen to avoid them.

Not only this, but thoroughly degrease everything before re-assembly. Maybe skip the loctite in case you need to send it back.

This is my thoughts exactly. I have no reason to believe they wont find an issue, fix it, say they were able to group no problem, and charge me anyway.. what a nightmare.
