That's correct...

You can see them on the new chassis. It's a really recent change, though, because I just put my dad's together the other day and it didn't have them.



This one was ordered the same day as mine and didn't have them.

This will an update we will include on all chassis in the future! We are currently working through inventory we already have machined before we announce the changes. If you have an Element that you would like updated though we would be more than happy to add RRS Lok (I think they are changing the name) for you at no cost besides shipping!

There are numerous variables to consider between different models, materials, inlets, colors, and remaining configuration options to address your question. Please send us an email with your order number or give us a call. We can locate your exact order and give you an updated estimated remaining time.

We are currently quoting a 10-15 week lead time on chassis orders, which means we are getting caught up, and anytime we drop a lead time is when we feel confident the majority of orders will be shipping out around the start of the lead time. This also means if an older order that, let's say, was quoted 15-20 weeks is very likely to be shipping out earlier. However, keep in mind that what was happening in production 2 months ago, versus now, and versus 2 months from now, is all different. Therefore, reaching out to your order is the only way we can get a closer idea of where your order stands.

There are a few XLR retailers that stock their chassis. I was able to find one available now avoiding the months long wait.

I don't run your business and I surely can't speak for others but if SkinnyDoc44 is active duty, if I had a chassis on order I'd be okay letting him cut in line to make sure he has his chassis when he gets home on leave.

Just my opinion.
