If Im reading the regs correctly, on a general tag for either sex I dont need to keep EOS with the meat. Does that sound right? I didn't have any luck searching old posts.

In WY, with a bull elk, keeping the head with the meat is sufficient. You don’t need to keep genitals attached to a quarter like you do in CO. Not sure what the rule is with a cow
