Got spanked hard for the buck tag I wanted. Did draw doe tags, so WTF there?!?! Looked at several units really close and picked fairly conservatively, but couldn't have drawn any of them (so glad there), very interesting pattern. Huge jump in points to draw the mid point units I looked at.

Drew second choice. My initial look at the draw odds is that there was some point creep, but not as much as I fully expected.

I drew my second choice buck tag in the special draw. Was lucky enough for 2 doe tags as well.
I will be taking my son up for his first trip. He is 12, he got a buck and doe as well. Looking forward to it.

My dad and I drew unit 23 tags. I screwed up and got a Type 2 tag. Any advice on securing private land in that area?
