Looking for a list of landowners in SE Wyoming who want courteous, ethical and polite hunters to reduce their cow elk problems.

Hate to burst your bubble but probably not going to happen.
You pretty much need to know someone or hunt the limited public lands and those will be a zoo this year.

Cow elk problems? Let me know when you find that land owner. You may have found one 10+ years ago. Today lots of ranchers are making good money on land owner tags or trespass fees. Just like finding farmers with white tail deer problems back east or hog problems in the south. If you want to hunt on private land you have to pay, and the price goes up every year. Just like in every business its great to have nice customers but no one really cares if you are courteous, ethical and polite. They just want to get paid. Unfortunately private land hunting is like any other business out there. Finding a land owner that allows regular joes to hunt on a handshake is gone.

^^^^humm, been out to Wyoming lately?
LO licenses are not transferable , if you know someone you can hunt for free, just usually not NRs.
But yes, the elk problem is self inflicted.
