Good luck! I always swear I am going to hold out for a LE Wy tag but lose patience when I know I can hunt the Gen tag.

This tag should have happened 4 years ago but I did the unthinkable and didn’t buy a point or apply for 2 consecutive years so I lost 4 points many years ago. I was heartbroken. Hunting cows and a random hunt in Colorado and Montana helped pass the time.

My buddy and myself will be applying for the Wyoming general with 3 pts each. This will be our first out of state hunt. We have archery hunted the west side of oregon the last 8 years. We are excited for the whole experience! Curious how rifle deer hunting opening on Sept 15 in some units affects the elk hunting?
