Count me in for a deposit as well.

yep. what they've already took is good enough for me to buy one. If I like it as much as I'm sure I will I will buy more as available and my budget allows. With the talk of a smaller one in the future I may not put the farm up to go balls deep on the 3-18. The smaller one might be better for where I live. I would like to have a couple 3-18's though. In a week or two you will put more rounds than most of us in a few years.
SEND IT!
Perhaps the "scope company" is not America based.. If australian or Nordic based there may not have been a choice on Meters vs Yards....While functionally irrelevant, there’s zero chance it was an oversight. The M seems an obvious attempt at capturing more of the tacticool bro market.
I think $100 is very unlikely to develop complaint as long as the product is eventually delivered and price doesn’t spike. If it’s $500-1000 and gets delayed out a year or such folks will eventually start grumbling imho.I’m in. As far as the deposit goes, I think it should be more than $100. Maybe $500 or the full amount. Unfortunately, whatever amount it is, there’s going to be some that complain.
Yes, tried 25in# and 30in#. Cross bolts coming lose at torque. Used fix-it sticks and blue loktite. Never knew of paint pen back then.Hmm I’ve used several sets of them. Were you torquing to a minimum of 25in-lbs on the ring caps?
I usually cover my "flyer" up with a quarter, that way people can see how good my 3 shot group looks
I know glass quality was far down on your list of important things, but its pretty important to me. Overall, what can we compare it to?
Fwiw, I think Swfa type is the absolute minimum quality I'd be interested in. Nx8/ Trijicon tenmile glass quality would be better.
I know Form said the eyebox is generous, so that's a huge plus to me as well.

Had issues with the hybrid lite rings on a 9# 300norma imp, and problems with their direct mount hybrid Tikka ring on a 8# 300wsm.
I would be in for 3 too but in the 2-8 as I don't really need the 18x. I figure those might be at least a year out.
Estimating how many to order is a much harder question.
