Strength
Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):
Deadlift
Set 1 – 8 reps
Set 2 – 6 reps
Set 3 – 4 reps
Set 4 - 2 reps
Set 5 – 1 rep
Set 6 – 1 rep
Set 7 – 1 rep
Set 8 – 1 rep

• Work up to a heavy single for today with great form
