D1 this week was heavy squat, volume press, and rack pulls (heavy pull)

D2 was light squat, volume bench, and power cleans (light pull)

D3 was medium squat, intensity press, intensity bench, and deficit halting DLs (medium pull)

This pollen put me on my butt this week but i managed to train through it
