Modified CrossFit “Cindy”
20 Rounds of 5 strict pull-ups (My elbows don’t like kipping.), 10 pushups, and 15 squats. I use an interval timer and program 1 minute of work and 27 seconds of rest for each round. I try to drop a second or two of rest each time I do the workout.

Yesterday was 8 weeks out from my muzzleloader elk hunt and nine weeks out from my muzzleloader deer hunt!

Took a rest from lifitng and hit the stairstepper for 20 minutes and a 15 minute stretch.

Today after work:
Deadlift 3x5 RPE 8
Front Squat - 3x12 RPE 8
Single leg hip thrust - 3x10 RPE 9
Leg press - 3x12 RPE 8
Lying leg curl - 3x15 rpe 9
Calf raise - 3x8
Farmers carry - 3x one minute, one minute rest

Cardio - stairstepper 20 minutes
