Wod

I haven't posted lately, but I'm several months into the Wendler program now. I'm at the point now where I'm lifting heavy enough that I'm hitting new PR's regularly. I know I'll eventually hit a wall, but as of now I'm super impressed and it's going great. Upping my cardio a little as well in preparation for hunting season.

I’ll walk 1 to 2mi twice today

I’m slowly adding mileage. I’m “guiding” my oldest this early fall and I need to heal this F-cking plantar fasciitis for good. He did 27mi his first day of R&R, then he and his buddy went to ID and spiked for 2 nights.

3 miles Saturday

Yesterday I helped my oldest son move from a 3rd floor apartment to a new and bigger 3rd floor apartment; my watch gave me credit for 750' elevation gain

Today:
Take 12 minutes to find a heavy 1-rep bench press

2 rounds for time:
25 push jerks @ 105#
25 pull ups
25 toes to bar
25 wall balls
250m run
