6 days into our ID mulie hunt. Wife and I have done 6-10mi/day and 1500-2500vert… except Thursday was recovery and chore day after packing hers. She got a “mild” case of buck fever on day 3 on a good one, then she got a different buck day 4. We are living the life of @mtwarden now. We’re scouting for our oldest son who’s driving down today and I just had a leftover bbq elk burger at 9700ft with the wife. The pic of him piled up was how he finally stopped rolling.
