12 mile run pushing the sleeping toddler
50 weighted situps holding said toddler
36 curls

I did 3 times through the "Moby Flowers" pushup exercise where you turn on the song flowers and when it says bring Sally up you push up, when it says bring Sally down you drop down and hold til they say bring Sally up again. Do this for as long as you can into the song. It's a tough one.

I did that last year, maybe the year before- took a long time to get it, my reward? some serious tenderness in both elbows that lasted almost two months- won't be doing that one again :D

I used to be able to get all the way through the song twice in my college years. These days I make it a couple minutes in and just accept times have changed. 🙃

Every so often I still do some stupid shit to reiterate risk informed decision making to my kids. My oldest went with his buddy, the youngest and my bride were sick, so I went solo. I wasn’t stuck, I just couldn’t go forward or in reverse for a decent amount of time. You guys that monitor Zones… I was NOT in Zone 2 while shoveling.

After shoveling and backing up a half mile, I got just under 2000vert and over 5mi. Today was the nicest day since October. Absolutely perfect March horn hunting day. Hiked in a T-shirt. Picked up a 4pt. whitetail and 1 side of a 4pt. mulie.
